Refresh or Recreate?
Refresh updates what you already have with your new branding and needs editable files (Canva, Adobe, Figma, Word). Recreate builds it new. No editable files? Recreate applies to those pieces.
How fast can you go?
Refresh projects typically wrap in 2 to 3 weeks, Recreate in 4 to 6.
Do I have to get on a call first?
No. Pick your packages and see your total right away. Our team reviews every quote before your proposal goes out, and you can always book a call if you’d rather talk it through.
How does payment work?
50% to start, 50% at handoff. Printing is billed separately at cost.
What do I need to send you?
Your current files and logins, your new brokerage’s branding requirements, and your move date. We’ll send a simple checklist after your proposal is signed.
Can you keep my move quiet until I’m ready?
Yes. We work behind the scenes and nothing goes live until your announcement date.
